Taming Your Anger
TAMING YOUR ANGER is a physiologically based program, designed by a Clinical Psychologist (Dr. Wolf), based on principles of Cognitive Behavioral Psychology to increase Anger Awareness, Emotional Intelligence and Behavioral Self Control.
If you require Anger Management, which is often a court mandated sentence, it is because you have committed an offense. You can definitely benefit from this program.
However, TAMING YOUR ANGER, is not simply about Anger Management. It teaches Anger Awareness, Emotional Intelligence and Behavioral Change.
It is for those of us who would benefit from learning to better express our emotions with those we love the most, especially our anger.
TAMING YOUR ANGER (TYA) is a method.
It is simple. Yet it requires practice to learn to adopt it during moments of anger.
It consists of four simple Tools which can be learned from the Taming Your Anger Workbook and CD (DOMANDO SU IRA in Spanish) which is expanded upon in the Taming Your Anger Curriculum.
You can also observe Dr. Wolf teaching the four tools to a group of men attending a rehab facility on the Taming your Anger DVD.
