Taming Your Anger is a physiologically based program, designed by Clinical Physiologist Dr. Steve Wolf, based on principles of Cognitive Behavioral Psychology to increase Anger Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, and Self Control. Anger Management is a court mandated sentence. If you are required to take anger management, it is because you have convinced a judge or your boss or your husband or your wife that your anger presents a problem and you’ve gone too far.
